• Save the document you created in Microsoft Word as a word document. (Ex: P6.doc) This way you can make changes if you need to. Make sure you save it where you will be able to find it. Preferably in your CS 255 folder.
  
  
• After saving your project as a word document, send your project to the post script printer. You do this by going to file, print. Do not forget to click in the box that says "print to file". This is located under the printer drop down box. Click print and save your project under all files, as a post script file. (Ex: P6.ps) Again make sure you save it in your CS 255 folder.
