Partial Sum Algorithm

In the Partial Sum algorithm the numbers in the one's digit column, the right column, are added together.
Then the numbers in the ten's digit column, the left column, are added together.
The two sums are then added together.

In the one's digit column add up to 10, the number is the tens digit column add up to 20.
The sum of the numbers equals 30.
