Scientific Notation

This is a lesson on scientific notation. It explains how to convert from standard form to scientific notation, and how to convert from scientific notation back to standard form. This lesson would be appropriate for sixth graders or higher. The main document of this lesson is a power point presentation. Within the power point there are links to pdf documents to be used as practice and there are also links to webpages that contain games and activities on converting scientific notation.
