14. Once you have completed step 13 you need to flip you figure over so that you can see the other side. The flipped figure will look like picture 15.

15. Just as in steps 12 and 13, you need to pull both of the small flaps out from underneath as shown by the arrows in picture 16. The shape that you get is outlined by the dashed lines. The resulting figure that you should get is the same as in picture 17. Now your pinwheel is almost complete!

16. The last step to take before you have a completed pinwheel is to take your unsharpened pencil or straw and place the paper figure you have folded onto the top. To do this you carefully stick the push pin through the center of the figure and into the eraser of the pencil or into the straw. For best results, either put the figure on at an angle or directly on top so that the wheels of the figure are not pushed right against the side of you handle (pencil or straw).

17. Now you are ready to gently blow air into the opening of the wheels that stick out on the sides of your pinwheel, which should look similar to picture 18!
