9. Take the upper corner farthest from you on the left side of your figure, labeled
1 in picture 9, and fold the point of the corner to the center of the figure.
10. Repeat step 9, folding the right corner that is closest to you, labeled as corner 2,
up to the center of the figure. Your figure should be the same shape as the one in picture 10. |

11. Now you need to do the same thing as in steps 9 and 10 for the remaining corners labeled 3 and 4, except that these two corners get folded behind your figure. When this is done, there are two corner flaps on each side of your figure and it will have a diamond shape as shown in picture 12. |

12. Underneath corner 1 that was folded to the center is a smaller flap. As
indicated by the arrow in picture 13, this flap needs to be pulled out from underneath the corner that you folded in.
When it is pulled out it will make the shape outlined by the dashed line in picture 13.
13. Repeat step 12 for the flap under the folded corner that was labeled as
corner 2 in picture 9. Your figure should look like the one in picture 14.
