Introduction
The definition of swimming is: to move through water by means of the limbs, fins, or tail. To move as though gliding through water. Swimming is a sport that needs some coordination, and uses many muscles of the body. Swimming is an important skill to learn because it can be made into a form of exercise, relaxation, or a sport. Swimming consists of four main strokes.
