The frog kick looks just like the way a frog kicks its legs. Practice by lying on your stomach. Put your legs straight out behind you. Bend your knees, keeping your feet together. Now separate your feet, bring them around and then together again. When your feet are together they should always be straight out! Your body is always straight when doing the breaststroke.
