Dolphin Kick

The dolphin kick is a hard kick. Practice by lying on your stomach. Your knees, ankles, and feet all need to stay together. Bring your legs up and down, up and down. A good why to explain this kick is the way a caterpillar or a snake moves. For these two animals to move their body moves up and down. That is just want your body will do when you are doing the butterfly. Always remember when you are doing the dolphin kick your ankles, knees and feet need to stay together.
