Answers
1. The first animated graphic is demonstrating the Butterfly. This is the stroke where your arms are up and around together. Your kick is a dolphin kick. Your ankles, knees and feet are together and you move them up and down together.
The second animated graphic is demonstrating the Breaststroke. This is the stroke where your arms make an upside down heart. Your kick is a frog kick. Knees are up and feet are together, feet are separated and taken around and brought back together. You pull with your arms and glide after your kick.
2. The stroke you would want to be the most relaxed would be the Backstroke. This stoke is different from all the other strokes because you are on your back, not on your stomach.
3. The strokes you would do the flutter kick for are: the Freestyle, and Backstroke.
4. The stroke you would do the frog kick for is the Breaststroke
5. The stroke you would do the dolphin kick for is the Butterfly
