The Internet is full of useful knowledge for students. You can search for answers to questions you may have, and get help on your homework, along with finding games to play that will help you to practice the skills you've been learning in class. The following are some links that you may find useful as you increase your knowledge of perimeter and area.

Find the area of the shape!
This site offers some easy to follow directions on how to find that area of a few different shapes. It may seem to easy for some people, but it's worth taking a look at.

MathLeague.com Area and Perimeter
Here you will find simple definitions of perimeter and area along with some formulas and examples. If you need a little extra practice, this is a good place to start.

Mrs. Renz's Favorite Math Web Sites

Area Explorer
This page combines the two above. Here, you will practice finding both the perimeters and areas of different sized shapes.
