These pdf files are included in the power point presentation along with this lesson. These quizes and answer sheets are supposed to help the student practice what he/she has already learned in order to figure out what time the clocks say and what a clock should look like with any given time. These sheets can also be used in the classroom as assignments, and other worksheets can be made similar to these tests to create more time-telling practice for the students. These pdf files are geared toward second grade students.


This quiz and answer sheet goes along with the first part of the lesson. It exercises identifying what each hour looks like on a clock using only words.

The half hour quiz tests the student's ability to recognize what each half hour looks like on a clock with hands.

This quiz has different times on it on the five minute intervals. There are twelve different times tested in this quiz, and each time ends on one of the five minute intervals.

This quiz test on the minutes on the clock. It is the same form as the other quizes, and the times could be any time on the clock, ranging from 12:01 to 11:59.

The final quiz tests the student's ability to name any time on a clock. After achieving success with this test, the student should be able to read a clock without too much difficulty.
