AFPL Ghostscript 8.53 for Win32 6208000 bytes
To get GSView
GSview 4.7 Win32 self extracting archive
Extract and install the two programs.
Make sure you have a postscript printer installed.
Choose the ps printer and save your document to disk as a ps file.
Open the file in GSViewer.
Convert to pdf.
